General Assembly Meeting of the ASO, the organization's annual meeting at the Union of Sudanese artists on Thursday, November 20, 2008. The attendance was too large. Osman Elnow head of the organization read a letter describing the session and the organization's achievements in the previous period. Then Khalid Ibrahim reviewed the budget disbursements and the remaining sources of the money was leave the session and the budget speech. The proportion of the absence of official Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs organized the meeting decided to postpone the elections until the general assembly to another.
